Eastern Federal Corporation and its affiliates have invested in and operated real estate and private companies since the 1930s. In 2005, EFC sold its 21-theater, 230-screen movie theater division to Regal Cinemas after seventy years of continuous operation. Notably, EFC retained the Manor Theatre and Manor Shops brands, preserving the legacy of these iconic properties within the Charlotte community. Today, EFC provides asset management, development and leasing services for a diversified group of investments including commercial real estate, residential real estate, mixed use, financial assets, and private equity investments.
